for the settings of city

below is this all I need to edit , or do I have to change settings in the whole file?
I think I got all the blockers removed and books in place, I may of turned off the two doors buttons, and one blocker is over near the place with the 2 books that are finished where one is hidden which drizzle app has show before, in any close its blocked with a book in front of the area

You only have to edit the latest version in the SDL file.

the one I posted is the below or lastest number version the higher number is correct which is the lastest, I am guessing I did something wrong since , the area, which only has 2 books not the pods book area is blocked by cones but the rest is not, I think I set all the cone or blockers off, so maybe another setting is wrong, I don't have time all the time to edit each one to make corrections, is their somewhere I can get all the correct settings done already that work with destinyURU. I am a college student and and so I got school homework to work on, and stuff like that so I don't have hours to fiddle with each sdl script age , I think I did ok, turning things on and removing the door on the dock level, and turning on the hand stuff, which of course I don't think the city age ever used in the games, but it was fun to do this anyway, when I get the free time to I would correct or figure out what I did wrong but at the minute I don't have this time.

also I look at the cleft area, the script only shows one reltro page near the talking guy but the one with the birds is missing from the distance before you get too the yeesha hand area, across from the helpful talking guy , near his area is the fire pit with the reltro page but the other reltro page you can click on which is in the normal uru online and minkara shard that reltro page seems to be missing from the script at least, I didn't see the code lines which turn it on in the script for the cleft age, the second reltro page doesn't seem to be turn on or script is missing this code , I am not talking about the rain water from the yeesha plot, but the beginning level of cleft should have two reltro pages to add to book.

should I look for same lines in City of Dimensions sdl file and compare it too the city age, the settings from City of Dimensions should correct the area's in city age correct? maybe that's the easiest way to correct this?

OK I coped over the script from TocMoul and pasted it into the city age for DestinyURU , but that one area is still blocked with cones and book in front of it, maybe since a few other ages are linked or connected to the city , those other ages need editing too , I copy and paste the below code into the city sdl file without changing any of its code the area itself is not block in TocMoul , just DestinyURU version of the city so far, but I think I must be making progress, maybe I need to go all of the ages from Tocmoul 2.11 and copy all codes into the versions under this other app, well I try it later anyway, for whatever reason if I just copy sdl from tocmoul into DestinyURU and overright them it crashes the destinyURU , I have to just the other sdl files, maybe I can replace all the code from one version into the other version with plasmashop and not keep any of the older code from free moul-scripts-master which seems to have stuff turned off, I try this to see what happens , I can always redo the files if it crashes the map level.

May I ask why you are fiddling with the SDLs so much? Since Destiny is for testing rather than playing I doubt MOULa-like SDLs are really necessary.

Maybe a small hint: [SHIFT]+[P] enables the flymode. With that you can move beyond the barricades.

I normally use /flymode

or use /help to find out whats what in the console settings, using flymode is ok, but its really a cheat method of doing stuff, and takes away from normal movement
I used drizzle before which downloads stuff so that flymode works in offline uru , which I have played with many of times

ow last thing, on exit of uru in plClient, it gives a crash message otherwise the precompiled app works fine

That's what this server is for. It's not for normal gameplay, it's for testing things. And for testing things you don't need normal movement in the city.
Maybe you should read this again (especially the third paragraph).
