How to commit and test fan ages

Prerequires: If you want to test an age on the destiny you first have to send us your .age file and (if you have any) your .sdl file. These files also have to be on the server, and they always have to be the same as the ones you have on your Hard Drive. This means, if you make any update to your .a...

Re: Precompiled H'uru Client

Then I am sorry. I have no idea what could cause the crash and I can't search for a solution because I can't reproduce the problem... Maybe you find something...

Re: Precompiled H'uru Client

I will uninstall MOUL I think you don't need to do that... But you can try to delete your TOS.txt in your MOUL directory. This forces MOUL to check your installation for corrupted files. It does basically the same as a reinstall. I would be interested if this works... Another thing: Have you instal...

Re: Precompiled H'uru Client

1. Do the files need to be encrypted before they are sent to you (currently not remembering... )? No, they don't need to be encrypted. 2. Will Drizzled age files work? In theory they work, but I would like the unencrypted files. Otherwise I first have to decrypt them. So I set everything up, and I ...

I forgot some files in the package, so I updated it. I also made a new package with the needed scripts. So I hope everything works now. If the client should still crash at some point, please say so.

Re: Pipeline Test

Yeah I forgot this. I tried out your files and everything is working for me. I think the problem is somewhere with your client. I will try to make a clean installation on my computer and make a step-by-step tutorial on how to setup the client to work...

Re: Pipeline Test

Well I copied my age files into the my client and it won't run. Crashes, or wants server.ini. I though you got your Client to work? When I tried to run my ages in the Destiny .dat folder I got some sort of encryption error. I think i read somewhere that ages mush be encrypted. I didn't do that with...

Re: Pipeline Test

ok, I uploaded the age. As I said in the other thread, we don't need the .prp file. Your next step is to copy your files in your dat folder. Then you have to open your Console in game. To do this you need an Internal Client if you are in your Relto use the "`"-key to open the console. Then type "net...

Re: The precompiled client is missing stuff...

The city is strange, I get stuck on the stairs and areas are blocked off that normally aren't, plus I can't get my Maintainer's shirt from Kirel. But no big deal[...] That's because the Destiny is not intendet as a "playing" shard. The Destiny is intendet as testing shard. So once I have an age I w...
